- Employs only Agents that are personable, highly trained, experienced, diverse, trustworthy, respectful, educated and compassionate
- Trains and certifies all of our Transport Agents in Positive Control Systems (PCS). PCS provides extensive training in non-physical and physical de-escalation of out of control youth.
- Trains all Agents in CPR and First Aid.
- Agents are very successful and all have various backgrounds, qualifications and experience: Bachelor Degrees in Business, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice and Public Administration; former youth direct care staff, former parents of a troubled teen, program manager, Physician Assistants, Fire Fighters, EMT certified, Paramedics, Alternative School Teachers, Law Enforcement, Parole Officers, Social Workers, Trained and Certified Security Guards, Counselors, State Correction Officers, Deputy Sheriffs, among others.
- Agents meet the requirements of California TrustLine Registry
- Requires annual training renewals and continuing education in order to keep Agents up to date with training and implement any new training.
- Will send the best and most compatible Agents for your teen to ensure the best possibility that your teen will arrive safely and with a positive outlook of the program they will be attending. Again, these Agents are a direct reflection of the parent and the school.
- Agents are educated on the programs that they are transporting to. This is very important in the transition of your troubled teen, because it allows the Agents to prepare your teen for what to expect and therefore become a positive reflection on the program and the parents.
- Understands that our most important assets are the employees. Our Agents practice and live by our code of ethics, which includes some of the following principles; compassion, integrity, trust, respect, loyalty, hard work and teamwork.
- Agents recognize that each transport is special and regardless of how much they may grow to befriend your teen, they will not bend the rules and will not allow your teen to manipulate them. This is what they are trained to do and they are good at it.
- Performs FBI background checks, drug testing, DMV checks and reference checks to make sure that we are providing you with the best Agents possible.
- Requires all Agents, as part of their training, to read and follow our Policy and Procedure Manual
