My experience with UFS was a very positive one, and I felt comfortable with the level of professionalism and compassion that was exhibited from Your Agents . Your Agent s were in constant contact with me throughout the journey and let me know how my daughter was doing and shared some of her thoughts and emotions. I was very appreciative of the level of understanding that the Agents showed me, and the encouragement they gave me as I released my daughter to their care, not really knowing what was ahead for her. After the transport was done I had a chance to speak to my son about the experience. He said the Agents was kind to him. I felt he was safe with UFS.
